Mu husband has been offered a job in Arizona and it seems the company only has employee benefits for employees and not for his family. That means that only he gets health insurance and not I. We don’t have a kids yet, but plan to. Is that legal for a company to do that? Can we ask for coverage? What should we do?

What amount of money? (I know it varies depending on the person, but what is the average and what factors cause it to deviate from the average?)
What medical benefits, if any?
What health benefits, if any?
What other benefits?
How much, approximately, does one pay out of their checks into social security each month by %? (Again, I know it varies, but how and by how much?)

The Candidate doesn’t want to scrap employer-based insurance. He would keep part of the tax deduction in place.
- Choice. About half of those with employer-financed health insurance have a choice of exactly one plan — and that plan is often designed to suit the needs of the employer, not the employee. In contrast, under the Candidates proposal, families could opt out and join another plan — perhaps offered by their church, union or trade association — if it better suited their needs.
- Portability. Presently, changing jobs means changing health plans and, often, family doctors. It also means that if a worker loses his job, he can also lose his health insurance. Under The Candidates plan, job status wouldn’t necessarily affect health coverage.
- Labor mobility. By freeing workers of the need to stay in a job to keep their health insurance, The Candidates plan would help create a more flexible workforce. A study by University of Wisconsin economist Scott Adams found that 20% to 30% of nonelderly men worry enough about losing their health benefits that they stay in jobs they would otherwise leave.
This is just a portion of the idea - but - Whose plan is it?

This is a serious question. I’ve been doing pet rescues & getting them “fixed” is part of the process.

If you work for “Corporate Socialist” groups aka “Unions” then you won’t get a raise on your health care plan.
This is the most obvious forced Nationalizing I have seen… in 30 minutes.
Imagine, your nice free company will have to tack on huge fees but if you happen to get sick of those HUGE fees you could vote a UNION into your little company and get yourself some socialist capitalism.
Is this not the most pathetic crap you have seen!!! We all will pay with blood except welfare people and Union cronies.

Dogs, cats, fish have known as pets that can give human health benefits… How about chickens and monkeys? can they give the owner mental and physical health effects? Are the effects positive or negative?
