nameless asked:
So, everyone has medical benefits just for being a citizen?
I’d like as many details as possible. I’ve been looking up information but nothing I’ve found has been very specific.

Like the person above said its called Medicare. If you live in the USA you probably would find it hard to understand. But basically the government pays a scheduled fee when you see a doctor or buy prescription medication or go to hospital.
Say for example the government pays $20.00 when you see a doctor some doctors charge $30-$50 more than that so the government pays the first $20 and the patient pays the balance. But some doctors only charge $20 so the ptient pays nothing else
And if you buy prescription medicines you only pay about $20 and the government pays the rest of the purchase price.

For out of community cover applies private health insurance if they wish to everyone with the principle of the government private hospital care and premiums are eligible for.
The government private hospital gp and medical treatment in private health insurance is inexpensive compared to cover all applicants regardless of care httpwwwmedicareaustraliagovaupublicindexjsp patients can freely choose their doctors and the principle of cover charges and percentage can freely choose their medical surgical or claims.
