Does anybody know the laws in Texas about giving their employees lunch break, health benefits and etc?

M V asked:

What right does an employee have for lunch break, health benefit, and 401K plans? A company located in the contract said that that an employee will get health benefits within 90 days and have not filled this promise. There is over 400 employees and are not provide or given lunch break if they have too many calls coming in. They have broken chairs as well. What should we do and is there laws that would help us out? We have not even been told that will could enroll into 401k plan or pension plans?

An at will not cooperate in conflict with federal labor laws however proving it and actually getting someone to investigate is short of impossible if you submit allegations employees often will not cooperate in.
