Is there any real health benefit to drinking freshly juiced fruits?

babygrl2 asked:

Hi. I recently began juicing carrots, and was told to mix my fresh carrot juice with fresh orange juice for more health benefit. What is the health benefit anyway?

Store-bought juice often has pesticide or fertilizer residue (unless organic) and may also have been frozen, transported and re-concentrated, which decreases its vitamin value.

Freshly juiced fruit ( organic) doesn’t have any high fructose corn syrup in it. It’s also pesticide free.

Be very careful when drinking carrot juice. If you consume to much of it, it will literally turn your skin orange. Granted it wont stay like that forever, but still.
