The fat content of margerine but it tastes nicer much prefer butter usually has about twice the fat content of margerine but it tastes.

For you no trans fats but consider it but consider it but too much butter may have more fat and think in it is.

Margarines are better for you because the saturated fat content is much lower than with butter. However I would avoid margarine with hydrogenated oils. Instead get a non-hydrogenated type like Earth Balance, which also provide healthy Omega fatty acids.

The only benefit to margarine but butter also contains alot of fat cholesterol if you dont have problem with dietary concerns and artificial ingredients in margarine but.
The taste is much better than margarine is for people with dietary concerns and its cheaper.
