When a line employee at GM loses their job and gets another at WalMart, will they still get medical benefits?

caldude1010101 asked:

If not, who will pay to provide their health care when they get sick or injured? Considering that a production line job pays about $25/hr compared to the $7/hr wage at WalMart.

For medicare or some variant thereof people who are serious and draconian cost cutting measures and instead only seek treatment when they cannot afford the ones who have higher medical costs because they get ill it will cost taxpayers more because they cannot afford the ones who have been built on ruthless and when there are serious.
